Which netbook should I choose?

I am a debate between the two following products: Acer 11.6 "AO751h-1893 Netbook with Intel Atom Z520 http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.d ... Acer 10.1 "Aspire One Netbook with Intel Atom N270 Processor http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.d ... I know I will not be more than 100GB of data storage on the disk and the size does not matter to me ... It is valued at $ 80 to expenseive more 2 GB of RAM, 1 GB of RAM to it? The more expensive to install Vista - but Acer is offering a free upgrade to Windows 7 when it becomes available. Or do you think I'm going the wrong way and should be quite a different option from? Basically I need to be able to access the Internet, Microsoft Office 2007 and a few other small applications. Any input is appreciated! Thank you very much!
